Ugandan politician, Bobi Wine has made claims that the January 14th election was massively rigged.
He stated that from their tally (even with all the ballot stuffing) they had beaten Gen. Museveni with 54.19% but he went on to declare himself the winner.
"We are now back to the people of Uganda," he added.
