A lady, Surayyah Ahmad has spoken out on the attack of her first cousin in Oyo state (Ibadan) yesterday. She said that although he was alive, he was butchered and badly injured.
Surayyah stated,
My first cousin was butchered yesterday in Oyo state (Ibadan). He is alive but badly injured.
She stated her disgust concerning the event, saying that this is totally unacceptable and everybody cannot be made a criminal, even though they had formally herded cattle in the past.
According to her,
None of our family members herds cattle. They haven't herded since they relocated some 85 years ago. This is totally unacceptable. You cannot make everybody a criminal.
