Doctor Harvey Olufumilayo has a word to say to sperm and weight.
According to him,
Swallowing sperm will not give you weight. It has little calories, one teaspoon of semen is about 5 calories - same as one chewing gum. Totally useless.
Giving how much semen is need, he said that a person needs to swallow 5 litres on daily basis for it to make even a little difference.
