You often wonder why is it that people tend to pay more attention to your business rather than to their's, why is it that you are their focus, why is it that they want to know about your past and present life, of what benefit does it gives to them?
The question 'why' doesn't ever end unless you find answers to your questions. Your answers to the aforementioned questions could be that because you are important, that people are always curious to know things therefore don't mind their business, that you are a celebrity, amongst other.
This reasons are by far not close to the truth about why people keeping poking into your business; the real reason why your private life is being poked around by people, is because you are a leader. A leader that people will like to know how you carry our your life, affairs, and businesses; so that they can follow suit, learn from you, tarnish your image, look for your flaws and use it against you, use you as a blog or gist source etc.
Though we might all have the same human features, we all have different views, opinions, thoughts, purpose, and interest. Not every one that puts interest in you, is there to rejoice with you in your success or cheer you up in your disappointment; some are wishing us well, others think that we're down and are not going to get back up again, but they are all watching.
They are watching with great interest, so show them that the kind of leader that you are. Avoid to listen to any negative comment from any one, just keep your energy and focus to your affairs because it is not every comment you respond to.
