What to never do when you are angry?



Being angry is a strong emotional feeling that makes you want to pop out at anyone who has hurt, wrong, or treated you unfair. Anger is experienced by everyone but not all knows how to control their temper and easily lash out at the slightest provocation. 

To be angry is normal as humans, but to not know how to control such anger is abnormal, most especially when it makes you destroy things and become a shadow of yourself. To solve this, you need to see a therapist, and whereas a therapist is not available, you should look for someone who you can share your pain with and who will advice on ways to drown them. 

Most often times, when individuals are angry, they tend to flip out and say things that they never meant, which they do end up regretting. Anger makes people go nuts and lose their sense of respect for themselves and the person involved, you get to do what you never should have done or is not in your nature to do. 

It is not everything or everyone that gets you angry that you should flip out, but this shouldn't prevent you from taking your stand when people take you for granted and see your silence as weakness. You have to let them know that your mind but never let anger do the talking because it would end up being the best speech that you ever regretted. 

Don't let your emotions, take the better part of you; but let your good sense of reasoning be what guides you.
