To be honest everyone gossips but there is difference in the amount in which individuals partake in gossiping, which implies that there is a different amount rate to which each individual gossip; this is based out of the definition of what gossiping means.
According to Longman English dictionary, gossiping is information that is passed from one person to another about other people’s behaviour and private lives, often including unkind or untrue remarks. It is someone who likes talking about other people’s private lives – used to show disapproval.
Gossiping is done by everyone but also hated by everyone, how is this so? People tend to dislike gossiping when the gossip is about them, which is true even to people that displays the 'I don't care' attitude. They seem not to care but deep down them, they really do.
That is the true fact about gossiping - nobody likes to be the topic of discussion, most especially when the topic is negative.
