Just like the way you run your house in orderliness so as to maintain peace is the same way you go about peacefully. For there to be peace, there must be order, and for order to work rules must be set and followed according, because anything contrary to this would result to violence.
Peace is the outcome of order; in the house you keep it clean, you know who is allowed in and who goes out, there is a process in which the chores are done and who does the chores, everybody are to respect each other but most especially their seniors; when all these rules are followed, there is peace.
Rules make peace easily achieved and upheld to; there's peace where there's order. Follow the order and you will find peace, that's how simple it is.
