Making your wedding day

It is everybody's dream for those who wants to get married to have a glorious wedding. You dream of working down aisle with your father or mother by your side, and standing in front of the alter, facing your husband to be, reciting marital vows, and being pronounced husband and wife in front of your loved ones (family and friends).

Your wedding is a special occasion not just for you but also your family and friends, but it should be a more special occasion for you and your partner, and you can get to celebrate it on the date of each year as an anniversary.

Majority of people believe that a wedding needs to be all glamorous, flashy, and big, most especially the party; going by the catch phrases used, they say - I want to make it the talk of the town, I want the news to report it, I want the memories of my wedding be stuck in the minds of those who attended and didn't attend but heard etc.

Weddings don't necessarily have to be all glamorous, either is their any rule or constitution that states so. Weddings should be all about you, and nobody else; it should be about the way you feel, done the way you want, remembered the way you have programmed it, and should generally be about you, not in the way others expect you to make it.

This moment is your once in a lifetime moment (expect you get divorced and married again), so you should make your wedding day all about you because it's what makes it so special.
