There is nothing that beats seeing people for who they really are because most times it turns out to be a shocker when you discover what such person is capable of doing or what they have been pretending and hiding from you to see. Pretense is normal but negative when used wrongly, especially when used to withhold true nature of something; it is said that the real you is when nobody is watching.
In this content, we would've discussing one of qualities that brings out the character of people, which is Hardwork. As hard as it might seem hardwork shows the character of people through their reactions, how they respond to it, and how they get the task done.
There are three kinds of characters people display in reaction to work, which are - some turn up their sleeves, some turn up their noses, and some don't turn up at all; this is according to Sam Ewing. Each of them reactions would be explained; some turn up their sleeves implies that these category of people are ready and prepared to take on the challenge, they view it as a means to grow and an opportunity which shouldn't be missed. People who rows up sleeves are referred as the hardworking fellows, they have and show serious attitude to things, and don't joke with what they aren't supposed to joke with.
People who turn their noses are those ones that the character of complain; though they might get on with task but they do so with lots of complaint. Nothing pleases and satisfies them, and they want every situation to fall under their advantage; they can be regarded as slightly lazy and pampered before they job can be done. When things don't work in their way, they take it with disgust.
People who don't turn up at all; these are the every lazy ones, they don't like to be disturbed or troubled and like to see people do their work for them. These category of people have the character of looking for an easy means, a short cut where they can get the same or better results without having to do any work. They are referred to as the easy way out people because of their nature of doing things or accomplishing something.
It is up to you to make your stand on what you want to be, what you want to be represented with, what you want to be called, what you want people to see you as, and what you want to accomplish for yourself. Character is the key that enhances the human attitude to things, there is nothing without it. Chose who you are!
