Every business started from somewhere, it doesn't just have the height or attain it's name from start. It is a process that passes through stages before reaching success, in other words - they start small in other to grow big.
At the starting point of every business, most business owners although have the knowledge about their business, they lack the experience to deal with most critical issues that comes their way, and results to doing more with more because at that point in time that is how they believe that success can be achieved, so they put in all their efforts and work extremely hard, in other to get that success.
But as time goes on, business owners began to realize it is not just putting in all efforts that achieves success but also other qualities like - experience, planning, budgeting, etc helps make up success. As you grow in the business, you begin to learn and realize that you can achieve more with less, because of the experiences learnt over the years of engaging in that business.
With the knowledge and ability to do more with less, business becomes more stress free and easy to carry out, as you learn from not just your daily practice but also from competitors, clients, business associate and partners, customers, amongst others.
