Putting things back to your control

Whatever we do, we are expected to face problems (whether minor or major), it is how we react that makes the problem go away or grows. If the reaction to the problem is that of fear, the problem grows and remains unsolved; if the reaction to the problem is courage, it puts the problem away. Your reaction to problems shows your problem solving skills and how prepared you are.

One thing about problems is that you never know when things might get out of your control. It becomes your job to find better ways to which the problem can be solved; in other to do this you have to take actions and put things back to your control.

Before taking any action, you should first reflect on all sides of the problem, then make decisions on how you want to handle it, and finally take action.

This is the way through which you can put things back in other, you have to play your cards right and to your benefit in other to have control. Remember, it is always up to you.
