How to control change?

Change is constant and inevitable, it can not be avoided or prevented because it is meant to happen. As the world evolve, so  does the way of doing things. This changes affect our lives either positively or negatively depending on how we respond to it. If your response is good, the change won't affect you much but whereas your response is bad, it affects you.

Most people view change as what can not be controlled; they believe that since change is natural, it cannot be controlled but can only be responded to. This view is wrong; change can be controlled if you desire to. To control change is not to stop it from happening; which by the way is possible to do. For you to control change, you have to play your cards right.

Playing your cards right implies doing what you have to do to turn such change to your advantage. Your response determines how this motive can be achieved; it is what enable you to control the direction of which change can be in your favor; but to respond to change effectively there is something you need.

What helps you respond to change?

For you to respond to change effectively; you need to have a drive that pushes you to want to achieve your task. That drive is your goal, your objective. It is what should push you to get what you want and also achieve your motive.

Your goals allow you to control the direction of which change can be in your favor. It helps you make decisions, set plans, inspires you, gives you the will, so that your dream would come true.
