The success of any man is built and developed from scratch through the provision of certain criteria. These criteria are the basic necessity that needs to be met before success can be visualized; they include honesty, character, integrity, faith, love, and loyalty. 

All these qualities are linked to the success of an individual, and must be properly balanced in other to achieve your objective, which is your success. Honesty and Integrity in character, love and loyalty in what you do, and faith that it would become a reality. They are like chemical compositions in which if one is exampted or over used, the results can be catastrophic or not as expected. 

What makes these qualities foundation of success 

• Honesty: This is the quality of truth; you can't achieve success if you can't be trusted. People needs to see you as someone who stands by his words, speak the truth, and uphold the truth. These features in honesty are essential if you want to be believed; you have to speak the truth and stand by what you said as well as be ready to defend the truth. 
• Integrity: This quality is much similar to honesty. It is the quality of not being just honest but also strong in your belief. Your mindset needs to be set and focussed for your belief to stay strong. 
• Faith: is believing in something even when it has not yet happened. This quality makes keep the faith in many things, such as: yourself, your objective, your abilities, and your motive. It is what keeps you believing, motivated, and focused that you will succeed. 
• Love: The love for what you do makes you happy and put effort in what you do. It is the passion that drives your desire to succeed; when you love what you do, it becomes a part of you and you will do whatever you have to do in other to succeed. 
• Loyalty: this is the quality of faithfulness and staying true to not just yourself but your principals, friends, family, country. 
• Character: this is combination of qualities that makes a person who they are, it is what differentiates all individuals from each other. Your character matters to the foundation of your success, it is your attitude in general; if the character you possess is bad, it would result to a negative attitude to your objective but where your character is good, the results will be positive. 

Just the same way it takes to build house, it is the same way you build success; you have to start first from the foundation before building or developing it. The foundation needs to be strong and solid so that it won't fall.
