Everyday of our life's there is the possibility of meeting or coming across different people due to our activity. These meetings could be one in a lifetime, where you don't have to see each other again, or it could result into a relationship; a relationship that could grow from acquaintance to friendship and lots more depending on you.
Relationship has different stages, and can be developed depending on the individual and how the other party influences one's life. Anyway, it could be a lasting relationship or just for a period of time relationship; either ways, when dealing with people there need to be certain qualities that you should look out for.
A period of time relationship is a temporary relationship in which both parties have to work or perform same activities together after which they part ways; this kind of relationship exist mostly in work activities.
The qualities to look out for are;
- Honesty: This is a quality is rare in people, but for people who portrays it, they are known to be upholder's of the truth because they tell the truth and don't cheat and steal. They say what they really think and not hide the truth or fact about anything. They are known to be straight, open, frank, direct and upfront in what they do; and can easily be trusted to handle situations.
- Respect: It is a quality that speaks for itself. Respectful people are known not to belittle anything or anyone, they respect themselves as well as respect others and expects the same from others. With respect, they have morals and manners which guides them to deal with other people.
- Loyalty: is the rarest of all qualities, it is the quality of being faithful to who you serve, your friends, principals, country etc. Loyalty has to be earned, for you to get it.
These qualities should be your upmost concern when getting to know somebody because it helps build the relationship into lasting longer.
