Guide to communicate with people

Communication is the exchange of information or conversing with others. In regards to human, communication is practiced by everybody, be it the deaf and dumb, blind or physically impaired. We all in our own way practice communication, either through speaking, sign language, writing or facial expressions; we are all involved in communication.

Although practiced by everyone, not all can communicate effectively or understand what it means to communicate effectively. We believe that as long as the person we are speaking to hears what is said, we have communicated. This reasoning is wrong due to the fact that we are not the same.

As long as the communicated message doesn't have any meaning to the receiver, that message is invalid. As a result of this, the question that get into the sender's mind is where did I go wrong?

Guide

As the sender of the message, your manner of speech is very important because it is what encourages others to listen to you. If you are the kind of person to communicate harshly, the receiver will most likely not get the message because everything is being said fast and loud; but if you are the type to speak calmly and softly, then your message is most likely to be understood.

You need to understand that everyone has their own understanding of the world. No matter how a strong orator you are, you can't just expect that people would change their beliefs, do what you said or agree with you because you have spoken. You need to communicate in relation to what their ideology and how they understand things.

Till then will you be able to communicate effectively.
