An expert is someone who has a special skill or special knowledge of a subject, gained as a result of training or experience. They are masters of their act or profession because of how well they are handle their jobs or task assigned to them.
Experts are everywhere and in every aspect of life, even in most unimaginable profession (whether good or bad). They exist and will continue to. Some of the professions where experts exist are football, shoe making, creative design, chef, music, songwriting, teaching, treatment of the sick etc, these mentioned aspect of expertise are normal and more popular.
Here are some of the weirdest professions or jobs that expert exist: snaking catching, fortune telling, games etc.
Being an expert is not limited to the good jobs, there are bad jobs or professions which have expert. Some of these professions includes scamming, kidnapping, internet hacking, robbering etc. These are negative type of experts because they are considered as criminals as well as the activities they perform. This type of expertise are not encouraged in any society and should be avoided.
The main question are how does one be an expert?, what do they have to do to be any expert?, how do they know they have become an expert?
How does one be an expert?
Expertise is not built in a day, it takes years of learning and experience built to attain such height. Experience is not just the pleasurable ones, it also comprise of failures, fall in and fall out, mistakes and wrong doings. These experiences are not to be taken for granted but learnt from because they can be used in handling future event.
An individual can also become an expert through training about a particular subject. From the knowledge gained in the training, they use it to develop themselves more.
The answer as to how one can be an expert is through training and experience. When both are put together, there advantage is immeasurable in developing expertise.
What do they have to do to be an expert?
The answer to this question is found during the training period of an individual. During the training period, the individual is given task to perform even when he does have any knowledge of it, he still does the task regardless of whether he fails or not. If he pass, he is given more task to perform and if he fails, he continues to do it till he gets it right.
That is what you have to do to be an expert; all it requires is to try, try and keep on trying whether you fail or pass. You should keep doing it continuously until you fully know it and when you fully know it.
How do you know you are an expert?
Experts have traits that boldly distinguish them from a beginner or an amateur. They are bold, more self confidence, able to tell the possible results of anything before it is performed or take place (NB: depending on your expertise), they know all the steps accomplishing the task, they are able to tell details etc. When these traits are beginning to show in you, it means that you are becoming an expert.
