Being angry is easy but when does it become difficult?

According to Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English, Angry is the feeling of strong emotions which makes you want to shout at someone or hurt them because they have behaves in an unfair, cruel, offensive etc way, or because you think that a situation is unfair, unacceptable etc.

It happens to everybody whether you are in control of it or not, it is inevitable in the human world as well as among animals. Anybody can be angry - it doesn't have to be when someone hurts or annoy you before you get angry; Sometimes you can get angry even when no one hurts you or when you are just chilling - this happens as a result of previous events.

It is easy to be angry, whether you are actually angry or faking it but when does it become difficult? Being angry becomes difficult in these situations: To be angry with the right person and right degree, To be angry at the right time and right purpose and To be angry in the right way. These qualities are difficult to handle and not everybody have the power.

                                              Why are these qualities difficult?
To be angry at the right person and right degree
Being angry at the right person might seem easy because you already aware of the people who are involved in the situation that got you angry. Regardless of that, being angry at the right person can be tricky because you can easily get angry at the wrong person who was not the cause of the situation that got you angry.

You not getting angry at the right person could result from you having a bad temper. Having a bad temper can easily get you annoyed at the wrong person.

Being angry to the right degree; depends on the situation and your temper. Situations can make you get angry and can make you to be over annoyed depending on how you take it. Your temper can also get you worked up; if you have a bad temper, you won't be able to control how you get annoyed at things.

To be angry at the right time and purpose
Both generally deal with the individual. In the situation of time, you might not be angry at what is suppose to make you annoyed, and you could get angry at what you shouldn't be angry about. In the situation of purpose, it depends on few questions like: why are you angry?, what would my anger solve?, is there need to be angry at this? etc.

To be angry in the right way
Being angry in the right way is set on how you reacted when you got angry - Is it that you got to angry and started destroying things or started using negative words? Or is it that you got angry but you were still able to keep your cool?

All of this varies with the individual personalities but most be considered so as to keep your level of anger in check. In situations where the individual has a bad temper, the best way to go about it is that you recognise first your temper, avoid what brings out that temper and learn to control it when the temper is out.
