Attitude to take when learning

Learning is a continual process, it is unending and doesn't stop at any age of the human life. As long as you exist, you continue to learn.

Leaning is the process of gaining knowledge of a subject, skill, or information through experience, studying and being taught. We learn everyday and every moment of our life either from what we already know or from what we don't know and yet to know.

Since learning doesn't stop at any age; there are attitude which we are expected to have, so that the learning process can be easily assimilated.

People have different attitude to learning; some can easily learn from anybody, some have difficulty to learn from people, some have selection to whom they learn from (e.g. from age grade, peer group etc). But the main question is what is the attitude to take when learning.

What attitude to take when learning?
When considering the attitude to take when learning, you should take the attitude of a student. A student that is never afraid to ask questions, never considers himself as a know it all, and is prepared to learn. We all know who a student is, whether learning a vocation or studying in school, a student is someone who is learning or studying a/some subject(s) or skill.

The student is a learner, and if you wish to learn you need to acknowledge that you are a student and then imitate the attitude of a student. It does matter what age or position you are in for you to take the attitude of a student when learning.

It should be noted that taking the attitude of student doesn't mean you have to behave like student. What we are talking about is that you should have the required student attitude towards learning.
