As entrepreneurs who do you keep away from?
Entrepreneurs are people who have dreams, and they set goals to the actualization of their dreams. It doesn't matter whether it is a long term goal or a short term goal, what matters is that their dreams should be realised, because of this they are retarded as doers and goal-getters.
In the achievement of their goal, they are faced with multiple trails and tribulations which could affect them positively or negatively depending on the individual. Trails and tribulations can turn out positive if it is overcomed and learnt from; on the negative part, it could make the individual quit and lose the dream of becoming what you want to be.
In all this, the individual needs something very important when facing this trails and tribulations. They need encouragement that they can do it and become what they want to be, and this encouragement comes from people that they surround themselves with. Having just the right mentality, skill, hardwork and others, doesn't just do it all but with the right people around you, it makes you and the actualization of your goal become stronger.
Who should you keep away from?
Like it has been earlier said, people that you should surround yourself with are people who gives you positive and encourative vibes. So therefore people who you are to stay away from are people who try to belittle your ambitions, your visions and your goals. This kind of people are pessimist who sees nothing but failures and weakness in any obstacle that comes their way.
They are of no value to you because they are already losers, and want you to see yourself as a loser. The only contribution they make is to (bad mouth) your work, telling you that you can't make it by outlisting several challenges that you might or might not have thought of.
How do you keep them away?
The motive of keeping them away could be difficult and simple depending on your relationship (how close it is). If the relationship is not so close, the task of keeping them away becomes very easy but a close relationship might be difficult to handle.
For not so close relationship; you can simply ignore them, or approach and tell them your mind and how their words is affecting your ambition, or you unfriend them.
For close relationship, the best way is to not tell them about your business. You keep them in the dark and don't bring them into your work in way. This won't hamper the relationship you have with the person.
Entrepreneurs should be aware that these kind of people are bad for their business and should be avoided or distance should be kept. You should be aware that you can be great and achieve what you want to achieve, irrespective of your challenges. YOU TOO CAN BE GREAT.
