Happiness measures the level of success in business

Most business owners forget the value of happiness to the success of their business, they consider having the required capital, knowledge, understanding, experience and workforce would bring success to their business.

Without doubt, these atttributes are important to the success of a business but it doesn't fully give the desired expectation if it lacks happiness.

Happiness brings it all to a business, its what motivates the drive and the passion to do more, accomplish more and achieve more.

A business owner that wishes to succeed in a business (whether new or existing), must first be happy with what he does for a living. When a business owner first fulfils the mission of being happy in the business as well as it's activities, such happiness grows into passion, and passion into success.

Passion leads to success because in passion you find hardwork, motivation, inspiration, courage and love. These attributes combined are embedded into the business owner who has passion for his work and also receive happiness on the returns of the business.

Based on  happiness, the business owner works hard to achieve the objective set for the business, withstand challenges that they encounter by motivating and inspiring themselves, they are not afraid to take risk when it requires decision making and  perform their functions out of love.

In line with this, The success of a business can be said to be measured by how happy and contented the business owner is with the business as well as it returns. A business doesn't have to be large or big before it can be considered successful, it could be small and still be successful as long as the business owner is happy in the business, it shows the level of success in the business.
