It is a different to have a dream and another to do or put into action, the former is the idea generation while the latter is the actualization of the idea. This two words work hand in hand as without the other the rest is useless.
Before an individual seeks to become an entrepreneur, first their is thought process, next is the idea generation and the last is the actualization of the thought.
- The thought process: The individual first thinks about the business that he wishes to venture into. He considers several business, looking at the opportunities and difficulties that comes with it. After which he chooses the best business that he has the capability and ability to manage.
- The idea generation: After choosing the business, the next step is planning of the business process. The individual generates idea of what the business is going to be like, how it is to be run and how to bring it to success.
- Actualization: This is the action part of the entrepreneurship journey. It is when all thought are being brought to reality and when it becomes interesting because it is when the individual becomes to know everything in running a business. Thereby gains experience.
To become an entrepreneur, the individual must be prepared and ready to take on the mantle of the business. They should not just think but also act.
