Basic importance of uplifting others

In this world, no man is an island, even the most mightest person got to that stage through the help of people around him. Before attaining such height, he must have started from scratch (little to get to something).

The level or power which an individual has in the world doesn't depend on how wealthy but what is done in that position. It depends on the actions, activities and achievement that such position is used for, and also the number of lifes that is inspired and uplifted.

As individuals with power, there are great expectations from us while performing our duty that we are measured by how much lifes we are able to change, either by uplifting them from their present situation, inspiring and motivating them, and influencing them positively.

This activity of upliftment is not just for the most powerful and influential individual but for everyone (even the less fortunate or privileged). As long as an individual is able to help, no matter how little, they should do so without any expectations of payment or returned favor.

Reason to do this 

• Having this mindset towards people; makes an individual to be people conscious (know what people feels, their reactions, how certain action affects them). Being people conscious, they are aware that people are around them, looking up to them, being influenced by them.
• The more people an individual deal with, the more wisdom, knowledge and experience they have and learn. Experience is regarded as the best teacher because in it you find the wisdom to make decisions, to resolve issues, and to handle issues.
• It develops the individual

• It raises the reputation of the individual, earning him respect to be heard and make decisions when called upon.
• One good turn deserves another, the good an individual show in/to people will be showed to them. 
• It enhances growth in the individual's wisdom, knowledge, experience and understanding. Helping them make valuable decisions as well as teaching them valuable lessons. 
• It is important that as individuals when we are going up, we should do well to elevate others too because you can met them on your way down. 

Having learnt the importance of uplifting others, it is pertinent that uplifting people should be taken importantly and seriously, if an individual seeks to grow.
