Business is an activity done for the aim of making profit or accomplishing an objective, these activities can be considered as the investment put into it to aid the achievement of the business objective.
A business organization that seeks to make profit from business conducted is called profit making organization while an organization that conducts business not for the aim of making profit is called a Non-profit making organization.
There are many ways which has been described to learn from a business, some of the method are,

- Studying the business either online research or in school
- Through training
Generally speaking to learn from something, you have to practicalize. These methods of learning from a business is without doubt effective but are not considered the greatest or best way to learn from a business. The problem might affect the business majorly or partial, it all depends on the business owner or the workforce to solve such problems.
Through problems, the business owner or organization gains experience to deal with other matters and such problem if it arises again.
Having the experience to deals with problems boosts the confidence and optimism of the business owner or organization; the confidence that they can handle any thing thrown at them and optimism that they will be successful in dealing with these problems.
UNSUCCESSFUL CUSTOMERS:
Generally business involves people who are the public and in the public are the customers. Every business owners or organization seeks to make the public it's customers but ends up having some of the public as customers.
The question most business owners or organizations fail to ask are: why are we not able to, In what way did we fail and how did we fail to make the general public our customer? This might be that they seem happy with their current customer base and probably haven't given it thoughts.
A business owner or organization stands to learn a lot from knowing why it wasn't able to make the general public it's customer because through them the (business owner or organization) gets to see most of their flaws, know what, when and where they went wrong.
It should be known that unsuccessful customers are also unhappy customers because what makes a successful customers is when they are happy with the product, the services and don't consider switching to another related product. If the customers lacks these qualities to happiness, they are deemed as an unsuccessful customer.
