Why to treat your workforce right?
The relationship between a business owner and it's workforce is just as important as the business itself because without them business operations would not function or might struggle if they till operate. The work flow of a business is carried out by its workforce, making it an inevitable factor in the business operations and activities.
Workforce are the staff of an organization that sees to the daily running of the business activities under the observation of the business owner. They work within or outside the organization based on their position or duty in the organization. They can also be regarded as the employees in the business organizations.
For a successful day to day running of an organization operations; the workforce of the organization must be valued, respected and encourage for their effort as the backbone of the organization.
This helps to show the level of cordial relationship that exist between them (business owner and workforce). The attitude between the business owner and the workforce tells on the public, giving them what to think about on the organization.
Business owners and organization should be aware that their workforce are also their public and if they are treated rightly or wrongly, it would tell on the organization. For an organization or business owner that treats it's workforce right; the workforce who are also the public would speak well about the organization when they are outside whereas if the workforce are treated badly, they would speak badly about the organization to the public.
Organization that treats it's workforce right, would have it's operations well handled. The workforce would treat the business as their own, if they are appreciated and valued by the organization.
Appreciation the workforce could be in form of award, promotion, encouragement or gifts.
An organization that treats it's workforce well won't have the need to change or employ new workforce. They (workforce) would want to continually work for the organization and their won't be the need to constantly change or renew the face of the employees.
