In the fast changing world, Business owners are in the need of ideas and ways to grow as well as expand their business. They put in multiple ideas and resources in other to get their objective working; being ignorant of the fact that all they need is actually at their reach.
Most business owner forget that the best possible idea to successfully expand a business comes from the workers who are in the daily activities. The workers tend to see things that the business owner or his top officers/executives would consider not useful.

The worker that is given the task of managing the new business won't view it as working for someone but rather it would be like their own, putting their mind to the task. It make the organization grow in name, profit, workforce (creating employment opportunities). Also leads to economic growth and development.
For a business owner to use this approach he must be aware that he is the BOSS. He makes every decision, he must evaluate every business idea brought by worker before venturing into it. This would reduce the risk factor of the business as he only decides on what's best for the business.
