They can set the questionnaire to run for days, weeks and months if so desire. This could also come in form of posing a question, giving them multiple options and letting them pick their desired choice.

Using ATM; This process is for banks or microfinance organization whereby customers after using their dispensing machine are asked question concerning their service with options to choose from before they take their card from the machine.

Using shopping platforms; Shopping platforms like Jumai, Konga etc can question their customers on the product and service they render.

The Manual method

This is a more tedious approach as the company or business owner have to go into the market to talk with the customers one on one (direct).

A company could send a survey team into the market and task them to speak with their customers on their thoughts on the product/service.

In the case of a single business owner, the individual can easily associate with his customers, getting their perception on the product. This is a more positive approach to conducting a business survey but very tedious.
