Key feature to grow your business
Every business owner or organization looks for ways, methods and means to keep their products and services in the market. This requires vast knowledge and experience in dealing with rival companies as well as the need in maintaining customers and their satisfaction.
An organization that seeks to achieve this needs these key features in retaining and growing their customers; the readiness to satisfaction, grow, improve and keep customers must be active, the need to satisfy customers in all aspect of the business, knowledge of the customers wants and needs, knowledge of existing and potential customers, knowledge on products of competing companies.
1) Readiness to satisfy, grow, improve and keep customers: Without this feature, all motives as to seeing the business grow is unrealistic. The company or business owner should be ready to get the job done. There should be interest in seeing that the customers are well satisfied and happy in products and services that they acquire.
2) Need to satisfy customers in all aspects of the business: The organization should work towards satisfying their customers in all aspect of the business (e.g. quantity, quality, packaging, price, availability etc). This would encourage customers into coming back for such product/service thereby expanding the business.
3) Knowledge of the customer wants and needs: An organization that strives to please it's customers should be knowledgeable about what the customers want and need. This would help the organization in sells of their products/services which would yield profit in the business.
4) Knowledge on the existing and potential customers: In researching the customers wants and needs, the organization should also know their existing and potential customers in other to serve them better.
5) Knowledge on products of competing company: This might be considered as spying but it is best used when an organization wants to beat another competitor in the sale of its product. An organization can use the knowledge gain in research on competitors to improve on its product/service.
